WhenTech Markets® 2012 Pricing Sheet

Note:

• Above prices are valid through December 31, 2012.
• Descriptions of the different license types, and of our optional services, can be found on our web site.
• No commitment is necessary. All licenses and services are cancellable at any time, and any unused period already paid for will be promptly refunded on a pro rata basis.
• WhenTech standard billing periods are semiannual (January 1 through June 30, and July 1 through December 31). For any license or service with a start date within one of these periods, the initial invoice will be for the remainder of the current semiannual period at the Semiannual Payment Plan monthly rate.
• Any payment received for less than the invoice amount will result in a conversion to the monthly payment plan rate, and a new invoice will be generated.
• Invoices for January 1 through June 30 are billed at the Advance Semi-annual Payment Plan monthly rate. Upon customer request, we will re-invoice at the Annual Payment Plan monthly rate for users who would like to pay the entire year in advance.
• Any free Clerk or Risk Manager license must be associated with the Enterprise or Pro license’s account.
• Web Services and Order Fill Service are available only to Enterprise version licenses.
• WhenTech offers electronic execution through integration with select third-party providers. Setup and billing are managed by your clearing firm.
• WhenTech makes available to users, through an association with eSignal (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Interactive Data Corporation), a real-time market data feed which integrates with WhenTech Markets®. Market data customers execute an agreement with eSignal, and are billed by WhenTech an amount equal any applicable User Fee plus Exchange Fees as per the prevailing rates charged by each exchange, as selected by the customer. Billing periods correspond to standard Whentech billing periods.
• Rebate percentage to be applied to a customer’s licenses will be determined based on the average number of active Enterprise, Pro, Broker and/or Lite licenses, calculated for any given WhenTech standard six-month billing period at the end of such period, which are paid for by one legal entity. The Rebate amount will be credited toward your billing for the following six-month period. For complete details, please contact us at billing@whentech.net
• Sales tax will be added to all invoiced amounts at the prevailing statutory rates.
